We will never disclose your personal details to any third party subject only to UK Law and any authorised legal demand for such disclosure.

Returns Policy

All defective goods must be reported within Seven days of receipt. Goods must be returned in original packaging and in as new condition.

Replacements will be shipped as soon as the reported defect is confirmed, provided stock is available. If goods are not in stock, replacements can be ordered for you or you may elect to receive a refund of the cost of the goods instead.

Hardware Guarantee

All PC hardware purchased from us is covered by the manufacturers usual 12 months guarantee.

Since our PC systems are hand-built to order, we carry a very limited range of stock. We will handle all returns of any defective goods under our Returns Policy but will use our best endeavours to minimise any down time you may experience.

Software Guarantee

We offer a "Lifetime Guarantee" on all Linux Software Installations we carry out, whether as part of a new PC System you have bought from us or whether we have installed it on your existing hardware. In either case, if the software ever fails or becomes unstable during normal day–to–day usage, we'll come to your house and fix it: for free.

No support plan is required. This guarantee applies for the life of your system. Naturally, there are some limitations:

  1. You must still be living within the our support area of a 20 mile radius from the centre of Bristol (see below if you live further way).
  2. You must never have used Linux whilst signed in with "root" privileges for normal day to day use.
  3. Hardware failures are not covered since this is a software guarantee.
  4. Hardware failures are covered, of course, by the usual 12 months guarantee from date of purchase if you buy your PC System from us.
